| Standard Turnaround Times
H.Y.C.C. aims to achieve the following turnaround times for
translation projects:
Small-scale projects
(up to 10 pages of A4): |
Within three working days |
Medium-scale projects
(up to 100 pages of A4): |
Within ten working days |
Large-scale projects
(over 100 pages of A4): |
Requires assessment on an individual project basis |
Precise turnaround times will be included on quotes to customers.
Please note that for first-time clients, these turnaround
times refer to the number of days after payment for the project
has been received. Unless an instant transferral mechanism
like Paypal has been used for payment, there may be a delay
of several days due to the international funds transfer process.
H.Y.C.C. will start work on a project if proof of remittance
can be received from the sender (ie an e-mail with a scanned
attachment of the bank remittance advice), however we cannot
release the completed document to the customer until the funds
have arrived in our bank account. This safety mechanism is
to protect H.Y.C.C. becoming the victim of fraud. Based in
the People's Republic of China, we have little legal recourse
in the event of non-payment. We appreciate your understanding. |
