Options
ARAQ Study in China Support Programme fees can
be sent to H.Y.C.C. by bank transfer or through
Paypal. Please note that H.Y.C.C. only accepts
the amount payable for the support we provide.
Tuition and accommodation are paid directly to
the university / landlord upon arrival.

Bank Transfer
H.Y.C.C. is a company established in the People's Republic
of China, and our bank accounts are based here. Money
can be sent to our bank account using the SWIFT funds
transfer network. The process usually takes about three
working days. When filling out the application form
for transfer of funds, H.Y.C.C. strongly recommends
that you printout the e-mail we send you containing
our bank account details, and copy directly from this
printout. A mistake on the account name or number can
lead to lengthly delays and your bank may charge you
a fee to return your money. H.Y.C.C. will not be able
to process any applications until the funds you send
arrive in our account!
Paypal
Paypal provides a means of paying for goods or services
directly over the internet using a credit card. This
method ensures instant transferral of funds to our H.Y.C.C.
Paypal account. You do not need to be a Paypal member
to use this service, just follow the simple instructions
included in our e-mail to you. The Paypal service will
take care of the rest. Please note that if you are paying
in a currency other than US Dollars Paypal will add
a transaction fee. Click

Unlike some other foreign study programmes, H.Y.C.C.
does not allow you to pay over the internet at the time
of application. This is simply because we need to study
your application form to ensure that it is valid. If
we have any doubts, we check with the university you
have selected to make sure there will be no problem
issuing the necessary documentation. Once we have completed
this process we ask for payment from the applicant.
We have found that this process saves time for you and
money for us!
After you apply, H.Y.C.C. will send you an e-mail verifying
your application and giving specific directions for
payment. Our bank account details will be included in
this e-mail.
