Network offers courses in Chinese Language for students of
all levels of Chinese proficiency and various other degree
programmes for students certified at HSK Level 4 or above.
Programme lengths of between one month and four years are
available. It is also possible to study Western Medicine at
Liaoning Normal University University. These courses are taught
entirely in English.

Situated a few kilometers outside Dalian city centre,
the teaching building and dormitories for foreign students
are located on the top of a hill overlooking the rest of the
Liaoning Normal University campus. In China, universities
denoted as ˇ°Normalˇ± are primarily teacher training centres.
These universities tend to attract a larger proportion of
female students, and Liaoning Normal University is no exception.
These universities are also good places to study the Chinese
language, as the teachers have usually graduated from courses
specializing in teaching Chinese to foreign students.
Liaoning Normal University has a very pleasant environment
well-suited to study, and facilities for foreign students
are comfortable and convenient. The dormitories are close
to the foreign students teaching building, yet located away
from the centre of the campus. The university is also only
a short bus ride from the centre of town. The current foreign
student population of is made up mainly of Korean, Japanese
and Russian students, and the university is keen to internationalize
further by enrolling students from other countries.
