Instead of sending all the
material necessary for visa application directly to
the university that you wish to apply to (which can
lead to misunderstandings and delays), the participant
sends all material via e-mail to H.Y.C.C. Upon receipt
of the programme fee, H.Y.C.C. contacts the university
directly and ensures there will be no problems with
the application. At this stage H.Y.C.C. requests the
programme fee from the applicant. |
H.Y.C.C. then manages the application process on behalf of
the applicant and send the documents necessary for visa application
to the participant via registered mail. Issues like reservations
of a single dormitory room and organization of temporary accommodation
prior to course commencement can be arranged in advance. H.Y.C.C.
will also provide the applicant with extensive information
(in English) about the university and city (addresses for
best hospitals, dentists, banks etc.).
A member of the ARAQ Network will be on hand
at the airport or train station when the participant arrives
to help with luggage, arrange / pay for transportation to
the university and ensure smooth check-in to the university
dormitory. We will also assist the participant with the post-arrival
registration procedures.
Basic Programme Cost: US$280.00
Please Note: Cost of tuition, accommodation etc. is paid
