of Application Procedure
Application to any of the ten universities within
the ARAQ network is simple. The process is made up of
eight steps.
Step 2 - You complete
the online application form

You will be sent directly to the Online Application Form.
The form consists of five sections:
- Contact Information
- General Information
- Academic, Employment and Medical Information
- Emergency Contact Information
- Other Information
You will need to gather the following information to complete
the application form:
- Passport Number and Expiration Date
- Information concerning person to contact in case of emergency
- Information concerning financial guarantor, if you have
one
After each step you will be required to confirm the details
you have entered to ensure our computer can process the information
correctly. Once you complete the form (it will take you about
10 minutes assuming you have all the relevant information
to hand) your application details will be sent directly to
H.Y.C.C.
Some of the information you need to provide us
with is of a personal nature. H.Y.C.C. would like to stress
that ALL of this information is necessary for your university
application. With the obvious exception of the university
you apply to, H.Y.C.C. pledges not to share the information
you provide with any third parties, or to use it for any purposes
other than your university application.
